Terms of Use - Asnaf: Picture Solitaire

Licence
MBH LTD (Muhammed Ballan LTDA) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Asnaf: Picture Solitaire on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the game or its content, except as the law allows.
Ads
The game is supported by advertising. Rewarded ads are optional. See the Privacy Policy for details. In-app purchases are not currently available.
No accounts
The game needs no account. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or lose the device.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and the game. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact: support@repletic.com

تمنحك MBH LTD (Muhammed Ballan LTDA) ترخيصا شخصيا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلا للإلغاء لتثبيت لعبة أصناف واللعب بها على أجهزة تملكها أو تتحكم بها. لا يجوز نسخ اللعبة أو محتواها أو تعديلها أو هندستها عكسيا أو إعادة توزيعها أو بيعها إلا بما يسمح به القانون.
الإعلانات
تُموَّل اللعبة بالإعلانات، والإعلانات بمكافأة اختيارية. راجع سياسة الخصوصية. المشتريات داخل التطبيق غير متاحة حاليا.
بدون حسابات
لا تحتاج اللعبة إلى حساب. يُحفظ التقدم على جهازك وقد يضيع إذا حذفت التطبيق أو فقدت الجهاز.
عدم وجود ضمان
تُقدَّم اللعبة "كما هي" و"كما هي متاحة" دون أي ضمانات. وبأقصى حد يسمح به القانون لا تتحمل MBH مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فقدان البيانات. ولا يقيّد هذا حقوقك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية.
التغييرات والقانون الواجب التطبيق
